The tricep bar as the name suggests is a bar ideally shaped to perform tricep exercises. The handles positioned in the middle of the bar make it especially good for doing the seated tricep french press but it can also be used to do exercises that work other muscles such as semi-supinated grip biceps curls and the shoulder press.
